I'm the same way about Bob Knight, I love to see articles that show his positive side. I have met him personally twice, he went beyond nice to a young kid who walked to him in a restaurant. I also acknowledge that he can be an a-hole at times. It will be interesting to see the results of the video taping 25 years from now, will no one remember, or will it live on like the Black Sox? If you take a close look at the facts and keep everything in perspective with the timeframe etc. it was not that big of a deal and the word "cheating" is really overblown. True but tampering with the coach is VERY different then tampering with the game itself. I can certainyl understand where he is coming from. The problem I have with it is that Spygate is an overblown phenomenon created by the media. It is shame because I loved when the Pats finally got good again (not fan or bandwagon jumper), who knew this would be the outcome?! What is going on in sports today???
