A group of new NFL players traveled to the major city without a football team for the annual rookie premiere.
In all, 34 first-year players, who less than a month ago were waiting to hear their names called, made the trip to L.A. for the glorified photo shoot.
The group consisted of ten first-round picks, fourteen second-rounders, nine third-round picks, and fifth-round quarterback John David Booty, of the Vikings.
No. 1 overall pick Jake Long, who wore No. 79 at his initial minicamp with the Dolphins, is back in No. 77, the number he wore in high school and college.

But a human head has been discovered, one larger than that of Ben Roethlisberger, and taller than that of Peyton Manning.
And it is sitting on Chad Henne’s shoulders.

BTW, Long is wearing 77 because the Big Tuna cut Drew Mormino who used to wear 77 earlier this week (just in time for the offical pics) - coincidence, or not?
Bet they sign Mormino back at a reduced contract too, and then he gets to wear 79! Damn, guess he should have sold Jake long the jersey number sooner!!!

I honestly believe that Jackson is going to have a good year with the Vikings this year. Coming from a small school with not alot of competition to come to the NFL is very hard. Beside the Vikes drafted Booty to put a fire under Jackson booty. If he plays a little better then Grossman he’ll be the starter for a well.
