Prosecutors in Miami-Dade County have filed charges against a fifth suspect in the murder of Sean Taylor last November. Sixteen-year-old Timothy Brown was arrested in Lee County, Florida early this morning and is currently in jail awaiting extradition to Miami.
Brown is a relative of Charles Wardlow, also under arrest for the crime. Like Wardlow, accused shooter Eric Rivera Jr. and the other two men charged in the crime, Brown is charged with first-degree murder. Even if prosecutors hadn’t waived the chance to try for the death penalty, Brown wouldn’t have been eligible because he’s a minor. Instead he’ll face life in prison without parole.
The trial is set to begin on August 25th.

No matter the reasons for Specter’s interest, his statement on the floor of the senate today reveals what we have all suspected: That the NFL is not interested in finding out the true extent of Patriots cheating and the effect it had on games. His conversation with Walsh also disproved the defense of Belacheat because they took pains to disguise Walsh’s activities. They knew full well the spirit of the rules and they were determined to break them.

Thank god they caught these guys, and are gonna be in prison for the rest of their lives. I mean they didn’t mean to kill Sean Taylor but they still did. What I dont get is why Lenard Little is driving drunk and kills someone and he only get 90 days in jail.

Killers are getting younger and younger. Maybe Specter should worry more about that.
