This week’s five-pack of PFTV installments takes a look at the future of former Bengals receiver Chris Henry.
We’d summarize what we’ve got to say about Henry right here, but then why would you watch the thing?
So watch the thing.

Teams will risk a lot, including PR hits. Why?
Winning.
And this isn’t the moral tree hugging club (if there were such a club, I’d surely be in it).
This is the NFL. Many of these individuals need to have a certain mindset to do what they do; most probably are not humanitarians.
There is something to be said for lawful behavior, though. And Chris Henry certainly has done lots of bad things. But the only thing that truly bothers me regarding NFL and off-field conduct is the loss of life. Caused by Michael Vick, Leonard Little, Pacman Jones, etc. For all I care, those guys should never be allowed in the NFL again. They are worse than scum. Getting a DUI … twice … killing a person. Slamming a dog to death. Being irresponsible over and over again in a nightclub and creating a situation in which a person is paralyzed for life. Bad.
But other than that, let’s get real. This is the NFL.

What PR hit? You making fun of them/ player hating. Winning will soften the blow conciderably, but it is not like people stopped showing up for Bungle games because he was on the team.
Let him faces his charges and if he is not guilty then he needs to be allowed back to work.
Previous trouble or not he is still innocent until proven guilty, and since he is not in jail I guess that has not happened yet.
Since when does an arrest or an accusation equall a conviction? People target idiots with cash all the time with cons and schemes.

Al Davis, Jerry Jones and Dan Snyder would take a pr hit. He’s a big liability. He needs to show some sort of commitment towards change in his personal life before I would show interest.
Also, you look like a white Lou Diamond Phillips, Florio.

I’m pretty sure Florio doesn’t look like Lou Diamond Phillips.

Look it is plain and simple, if the guy isn’t in jail, then society has passed its judgment and he should be able to participate in any legal activity including playing in the NFL.

Obviously you don’t know who Lou Diamond Phillips is.
