A diluted urine sample is not one where the system is flushed with water or gatorade, but rather one that has had a foreign substance added to it before, during or after the sample was taken. Drinking plenty of water is actually encouraged, because you can't drown out the amount of illegal substances in your peepee that way....only by running it under the sink afterward....so I call BS on this one, NFL....instead you need to go ahead and Fakhim!
