Trade Jammal Brown for Graham and a third rounder that can become a second if Brown makes the Pro Bowl/meets playing time goals. Graham was the top TE free agent a year ago, now he looks like he is just an average player. Two other TE's have moved ahead of him and he is valued just for his blocking in Denver. That's a whole lotta money to throw to just a blocking tight end. Granted, Graham is coming off of an injury plagued season, but he didn't look like a fit in their offense before he got hurt.
