Here’s a look at the full-squad minicamp in Seattle, in One-Liner fashion . . . .

With RB T.J. Duckett, RB Julius Jones, and G Mike Wahle now in town, the Seahawks are looking to improve the running game

Coach Mike Holmgren, on the pending criminal charges against DT Rocky Bernard:  “Let it run its course.  And when it’s all done, people will go, ‘Oh.’  We like Rocky.  Obviously he’s a good football player, and I want him to get healthy, physically.”

Bernard isn’t participating in the practices, due to offseason foot surgery; he’ll miss three to four more weeks.

Also not participating?  S Mike Green (foot); LB Will Herring (knee); WR Deion Branch (knee); DT Marcus Tubbs (knee); and DE Patrick Kerney (shoulder).

This link has a picture of fifth-round FB Owen Schmitt holding his helmet . . . moments before properly breaking it in by bashing it against his head.

Offensive coordinaor Gil Haskell, on Schmitt:  “He’s a different breed.  He’s a breath of fresh air, and that’s good for us.”

The Seahawks have 37 new players, and six new coaches.

G Rob Sims admits that he wasn’t happy when the team signed Mike Wahle.

DT Howard Green, WR Anthony Russo, and WR Corey Williams sat out on Saturday with injuries.

Fourth-round DT Red Bryant is the future son-in-law of former Seahawks DE Jacob Green.

Olindo Mare and seventh-round draft pick Brandon Coutu are competing for the kicking gig.
