Gimme a break. The 49ers have a long history of cheating going back at least to the late 80's. How can anybody forget the salary cap cheating that they did with multiple contracts in the 90's? Remember how Eddie DeBartolo and Carmen Policy used to be so proud that the 49ers could attract top free agents for less money than they could have gotten from other teams?
