ESPN’s Sal Paolantonio is reporting that Philadelphia District Attorney Lynne Abraham will be taking over the investigation of the shooting outside a North Philly bar owned by Colts receiver Marvin Harrison, an investigation of which Harrison is apparently the target.

Today the Philadelphia Police Department is devoting its energy to the police officer who was shot and killed when he confronted suspected bank robbers, so the Harrison case — in which a 32-year-old man was shot in the hand and a 2-year-old boy was cut by broken glass — is not the Department’s top priority.

But Paolantonio reports that police in Philadelphia are following leads, including trying to get a possible third victim to tell them who did the shooting.

No one has been arrested in the shooting and no one has been identified as a suspect. However, Paolantonio says Harrison could be asked to answer more questions early next week.
