So Callahan takes the Gruden well-oiled machine and puts sugar in it's fuel tank. They absolutely collapse. Callahan fired! Raiders players quit on him. "We must be the dumbest football team in America." Enter Frank Solich. Frank Solich goes 10-3 at Nebraska and gets fired. They have high standards! Who else to improve on 10-3 than Bill Callahan.
