The man who robbed Houston Texans cornerback Dunta Robinson’s home last year has been sentenced to 25 years in prison, the Houston Chronicle reports.

Terrance Demond Johnson pleaded guilty to aggravated robbery in connection with a break-in at Robinson’s home on September 1. Police said Johnson and another man, both carrying guns, bound Robinson with duct tape and stole jewelry from his home. The other man has not been apprehended.

The Robinson case was one of several last year that led to increasing concerns inside sports leagues about wealthy athletes being seen as targets for criminals. Miami Heat forward Antoine Walker and New York Knicks forward Eddy Curry were both bound with duct tape and robbed of cash and jewelry by masked gunmen in separate incidents in the Chicago area. Most seriously, Redskins safety Sean Taylor was murdered in his home in November.
