Is this a news item, or a pitch for a new sitcom on UPN?
It’s real — we know it is because we received the press release by e-mail on Tuesday, and promptly deleted it. Patriots receiver Randy Moss plans to get involved in the NASCAR Craftman Truck Series. He’d like to make it happen later this year, even though he doesn’t have a driver. Or a sponsor. Or a truck.
Yeah, this is going to work out just fine.

Here’s a method for an instant win:
Put Randy Moss behind the wheel.
Hire a police officer to run in front of the truck.
With his experience running down cops, he can’t lose.

Howie Long is always playing good Samaritan with his truck - picking up guys by the side of the road (not that there’s anything wrong with that) after they run out of gas. Maybe he’ll let Randy use that one. nah

Does ‘the Player’ understand that a Blue Moon occurs roughly once every two years (a ‘Blue Moon’ occurs when there are two full moons within a calendar month)? I don’t think a Blue Moon is as infrequnet as he might have intended.
