Already, we have received a copy of the Matt Walsh agreement from two separate sources.  We’ve decided to post the entire agreement, which is chock full of indecipherable mumbo-jumbo.

We’ll also be posting a stream of items that break down specific aspects of the deal.

For those of you (us included) with a touch of adult ADD, it’s the only way to make sense of it all.
