And i put emphasis on owner because he just pwnd the Titans out of a 6th overall gem. This guy will sign on the cheap and if he messes up then he's out. A 4th round pick is worth this kind of risk. The guy is a dangerous return man and if he picks up where he left off he has the ability to be a #1 CB. Terrance Newman is a stud, but he better step up if he wants that $60M contract next year.
