Speaking earlier this week at a golf tournament he hosts with his brother, Terrence, Rams receiver Torry Holt muses that he’d like to ”send in my resignation” to the Rams and then sign with the Carolina Panthers.
The Holts both went to N.C. State, and Terrence Holt signed earlier this year with the Panthers.
Before we lump Holt into the Chad Johnson category, Holt was laughing as he said it. Later in the clip, Holt says that he plans to honor the final two years of his contract, and then see what happens next.
The clip is right here.

Also, I don’t think the St. Louis Rams are going to be nearly as bad. With the Rams’ explosive offense, they have to be sure to protect Marc Bulger and shore up their defense. The team was very unlucky last year and will bounce back.

Steve Smith + Torry Holt = Super Bowl
They would instantly be the best WR duo in the NFL. He sounds like he wants to come to Charlotte in a couple of years.
