Virtually every one takes many years to develop while WRs drafted in the 3 rd and later typically develop as quickly or more quickly. That the Skins are even thinking about a WR in the first is disturbing enough, but that they are thinking about Kelly is really disturbing. They better go for the lineman if they want their team to improve. When are teams going to learn to not draft a WR in the first round. That the Skins are even thinking about a WR in the first is disturbing enough, but that they are thinking about Kelly is really disturbing. They better go for the lineman if they want their team to improve.
