Vinny Cerrato is a "yes man" who evaluates talent by saying "Whaddya think Danny?" How he can speak on the topic of draft strategy is beyond me. He is a well-paid monkey on a string.

rod gardner wasn't a bad player he just got to big headed and never got to be a main target type wide out he had 1000 yards receiving his second year with the skins and also led them in tds.

Come on KY, I'm sure Kelly would catch at least 60% of the passes that hit his hands!

Or, of course, there's always the "Joe Gibbs: option: to trade away all of your draft picks for an overrated player who will be cut within two years of being signed.

I think the Skins are just putting this out there, so if a team that has a top ten pick this year and uses it, and then wants to get back in the back half of the draft, this year, the Skins will be willing to trade with them.

When are teams going to learn to not draft a WR in the first round. Virtually every one takes many years to develop while WRs drafted in the 3 rd and later typically develop as quickly or more quickly.

That the Skins are even thinking about a WR in the first is disturbing enough, but that they are thinking about Kelly is really disturbing. They better go for the lineman if they want their team to improve.

My personal favorite for the choice has to be Malcolm Kelly. He'd fit right in here. He's slow and blames others when things go wrong. This is exactly what we need for the chemistry of our team. I don't know what we'll do if he's off the board at #21. Does anyone know Keyshawn's phone number?

Doesn't that quote suggest that the Redskins could trade up to one of those "certain teams at the top's" spot? Provided "that guy's not there" for that team. It just seems like the opposite of the quote is what is being reported. But this is the draft so I guess that's how you are supposed to interpret these things. Except it's the Redskins and they have never figured out the whole playing it cool side of business. So I guess we should just ignore the whole thing.
