Gil Brandt adjusts the time to even out times based on surface. A 4.51 on astroturf is a 4.61 on regular turf. If you look at Pro Day numbers and officially reported numbers, you'll see this happens pretty often. I believe that Brandt probably took the middle times off the reported numbers, then adjusted for the field in his report. That's what he does. The agents aren't making the adjustment based on turf.
