Running backs are easy to find if you have a line to block for them. Gross is a very good RT and it seems like he wants to stay on Carolina, the only problem right now is getting the money straightened out. They should be able to get him for RT money, but I think he probably wants LT money, and I don't really blame him. If they would leave him at RT it wouldn't really be a problem, but because they keep moving him back he feels he deserves LT money. So, they need to get a franchise LT in the draft (I think Otah can be that), keep Gross at RT, give him a good RT salary and everyone will be happy.
