Denver is in dire need of a franchise LT. Williams or Clady will be the pick. Jay Cutler is already lobbying for Williams because they both played together at Vanderbilt. OT/DT are more pressing needs then a runningback when we already have a stable of runningbacks. if we take neither Clady or Williams, we will more then likely trade back to get more picks and we will select DT Kentwan Balmer. Travis Henry was leading the league in rushing before injury, so there is no reason he cant do it again with an upgraded O-line.

Rashard Mendenhall is an intriguing player at #12.

The Broncos do not usually take RB's high in the draft, but Mendenhall is regarded by many as the top all-around back available this year, and that would make life a lot easier for Jay Cutler and the Denver offense.

Yes they have Travis Henry and Selvin Young, but neither of those guys are the marquee back that could bring a sense of stability and explosiveness to Shanahan's offense.

Bottom line, if the Broncos stay at #12, they will take the best player available, and if Clady is gone, Mendenhall would be ripe for the taking.

In the first round there should be at least one(Williams), if not two(Clady) tackles that are athletic enough to play well in Denver's system. They both should start at RT but have potential to play LT. In round 2 there should be an E Henderson, Wheeler, or Adibi to bolster what used to be the strength of their defense. If one of the top 5 WRs is still there maybe wait until 4(1 of their 2 picks) for LB, but definitely wait for S where there should still be some good players available.
