Masked Marvel,
Lets not foget that last game you were facing the Ravens 3rd string at many positions including Rookie QB and running back.
You have a short memory as well. Remember 2 seasons ago when the Ravens spanked your boys and Big Has-Ben was sacked over 1 million times. Not to mention the wrath that was Bart Scott's hit!
Mark my words, new contract and no O-Line spells disaster for a QB. Ben will be running for his life this year!! As a Ravens season ticket holder I cannot wait to watch that!!
Ravens may not (even though I know they just might) take the AFC north this year due to the fact that the Browns will be tough, I guarantee we will take it back to the top soon.
Have fun this year. If you ever wonder how it feels to be Ben, go out in your yard lay down and look up at the Blue sky. That is the view Ben will have even more than last year (who ever thought that number of sacks could be eclipsed)!!

Read it and weap Squeeler fans. The Ravens will reclaim the division title this year. Squeelers, no O-line vs the Ravens D-Line, means McToast for McRothlishomo. Oh yea. Can't wait for the schedule to come out. For the Squeelers sake, they better hope they play the Ravens in weeks 16 and 17, because McBen's season will be over after the McNasties get done with them.

That is right Marvel, the Steelers back up QB was no match for a Ray Lewis coached team with C-Mack, Rolle and Pryce in street clothes, but the Sqeelers could have avoided the Jags if they could have managed to stop Troy Smith with the starters they were not afraid to expose to more Hot Sauce.

Big Ben had a great game the first time, but don't forget about the 58-7 2006 if you wan't to look back, because that is the Purple and Black attack coming at you this year.

Sorry Jeremiah W, guess you didn't get the memo that the division is the Steelers to own -- the few off years the Ravens won it, they were just renting, keeping it warm for the true masters.

Yeah, the Steelers SECOND team got a taste that last game all right.
Congrats, you beat Charlie Batch -- woo hoo! But we all know what happened when the first guys and Big Ben were in there... the Baltimore DBs are still being treated in the burn ward.

Gayvens, Gayvens, Gayvens -- oh my!

When did McNabb get traded?

It's definitely a good idea to be working hard in the spring, and regurgitation occurs ... but I am a little bit troubled that a director of college scouting for the Baltimore Ravens is "encouraged" that players are throwing up. This seems wrong. I take that back; it IS wrong.

How often do we see this with new head coaches? They want to toughen up their team and set themselves apart from the prior coach so they amp up off-season training requirements and have or more physical training camp. Some veterans will complain, and at least one of them will be a surprise cut to make a statement.

Then the team will have a good first half of the season (for the Ravens probably something like 5-3), and everyone will credit their new tough attitude and better conditioning. Then fatigue and injuries from players bodies wearing down will set in, and the team will go in the tank for the second half of the season.

To paraphrase Bart Scott, look for the Ravens will be "McAverage."

It's only fair that the players puke. Watching them play last year made most fans reach for a trash can to hurl in.

As a Eagles fan here, I appauled John Harbaugh and his coaching staff for taking the harder approach on his new team. This is just Coach Harbaugh way of putting his stamp on this team. Good Luck John..

That is what I am talking about. The Ravens will rise from the ashes and reclaim the division. The Steelers only got a little taste in week 17 of the young monster line the Ravens have been quietly building. The new coaching staff has already made a big difference in morale, and the observations have been pretty accurate. They were a little out of shape starting the season, and the WRs a little soft.

But make no mistake, the Ravens have some huge, aglie and hostile young linemen, and J.O. has not officaily hung them up, but If Big Terry and Gaither can get a little stronger and tougher run blockers, along with some progression from Chester, Grubbs and Brown, McGahee will put up LT type numbers, McNasty.

I was a Billick supporter, but constant critic. His lack of scheme and good gameplanning wasted decent talent on offense and great defenses for years. He became a divisive force in the locer room and did little or nothing to improve, or even properly use the players he had. The national critics were so loud and so blunt, that I can't imagine how they can not like the Ravens chances with a proven coordinator and this kind of news during the Ocho Stinko season news reprots almost everywhere else in the division.

Clowns, Bungles and Squealers Oh My, the Ravens will heal and win the thing by 5 games just like the last time the injries did not hamstring the whole squad at the same time.

"McNasty"... wow. They'd better be "McNasty" because they're not going to be very "McGood" otherwise.

The only thing McNasty about the Ravens has been the play of their quarterback.

Steve McNasty. Fat bastard was probably the one doing the throwing up.
