Not to be outdone by their cross-state rivals in Cincinnati, the Cleveland Browns have gotten a player arrested on Thursday, too.
Browns cornerback Kenny Wright has been busted in Texas. He is charged with unlawful restraint, evading arrest, fleeing, and possession of marijuana.
Bond has not been set, and Wright is still in custody. As to his mugshot, Wright apparently is wearing an apron of some sort.

All this because he had less than 2 ounces of a freaking weed in his possession. Way to go, drug war. Nice priorities our country has.

The article says he had 6 tackles on the season in a backup corner role. If I hadn’t clicked the link, I wouldn’t have known he’d seen any action at all. And I’m even a Browns fan.
