Not to be outdone by their cross-state rivals in Cincinnati, the Cleveland Browns have gotten a player arrested on Thursday, too.
Browns cornerback Kenny Wright has been busted in Texas. He is charged with unlawful restraint, evading arrest, fleeing, and possession of marijuana.
Bond has not been set, and Wright is still in custody. As to his mugshot, Wright apparently is wearing an apron of some sort.

Judging by that mugshot, are you sure Kenny didn’t get busted for solicitation?

Easily the most expendable player on the roster. Look for Phil to avoid those Turd points by cutting him loose shortly.

Florio you aught to look into crime rates and see if those among NFL players are much higher than the rest of the U.S. population.

Interesting profile sporting news had on him for the 2007 draft:
Wright was one of fastest rising athletes in the draft, and perhaps if off-field trouble hadn’t taken him from USC to UNLV, Wright would have been drafted in the first round. But character is a big issue these days, and perhaps this was the right fit for him. Cleveland definitely needs Wright’s athleticism at cornerback, and the need must have significantly outweighed any concerns about Wright the person, prompting the deal with Dallas.

AND wearing an outfit that just *screams* “Arrest Me!”.
PS I’m assuming he’s not wearing any pants with that top.

Pacman, Henry, etc etc better straighten up so their visa’s and passports are all good. With the sophomore sheriff looking for a gunfight, CFL is their only option. Ask Ricky, cough cough excuse me. And I think you need a Canadian work permit if you are an American. Got that from Ice Road Truckers.

Welcome to the jungle
It gets worse here everyday
Ya learn ta live like an animal
In the jungle where we play
If you got a hunger for what you see
You’ll take it eventually
You can have anything you want
But you better not take it from me
Chorus
And when you’re high you never
Ever want to come down, so down, so down, so down YEAH!

You can’t just look at the crime rates of the US population against NFL players. We know already that crime is generally correlated with socioeconomic status… so a better comparison would be NFL players against those making 6-8 figure salaries.
