Earlier on Monday, we merely ran a link to the news that former NFL lineman Kenyatta Jones was arrested recently.  As more information has come to light on the incident, we’re now compelled to give it a bit more play.

Jones, who once got in big trouble for throwing hot water on his roommate, got busted for allegedly trying to urinate on a dance floor.

Maybe it’ll start a new craze.  They can call it “The Drug Test.” 

A fourth-round pick of the Patriots in 2001, Jones still has an “alumni bio” on the team’s official web site.  He was cut by the Patriots after the hot-water incident, which caused second-degree and third-degree burns to Mark Paul, who was hit with the hot water while sitting on the toilet.  Jones later was signed by the Redskins.

Jones currently is a member of the Tampa Bay Storm of the Arena League.  It’s his first year playing indoor football. 

Hopefully, he pees only in the locker room.  (But not in the shower.)
