		<description>My guess is most defenders don't know that pulling a runner down by his hair is perfectly legal. Shouldn't that rule be enough to discourage players from growing their hair?
Besides, for many of the players their hair is like a trademark, and they wouldn't be the same without it. Marion Barber and Troy Polamalu are the two players that spring to mind. Can you imagine them without their hair?
I think it's kind of a dumb proposal. The NFL is not the army; they seem to encourage players to show off their personality.</description>
