A Seahawks fan in Port Orchard, Washington has been accused of spitting on the hamburger of a Steelers fan.

We’re not positive as to the proper spelling of this, but we think it’s:  “Bwahahahahaha.”

The customer in question was wearing his Steelers gear, and he had gotten into an argument with an employee at the unnamed fast-food joint about Super Bowl XL.  So when the Steelers fan got his burger, he concluded that someone had spit on it.

Or, alternatively, that it had gotten a lecture in close quarters from former Steelers coach Bill Cowher.  (Hat tip to the reader who made the Cowher comparison when sending us the link.)

Look, we don’t condone the defacement of foodstuffs.  But the “victim” violated the First Commandment of eating at a place where a stranger will be preparing and/or handling your food:  “Thou shalt not be an asshole.”

The Steelers fan was asking for it, and he got it.  Strike one was wearing Steelers gear to a restaurant in Seahawks country.  Strike two was getting into an argument with one of the employees at the restaurant.  And strike three for all Steelers fans who might wear Steelers gear to restaurants in places other than Pittsburgh was the guy making a big deal about it, because now the folks who work at other fast-food restaurants will be looking to spit on the food of other guys wearing their black and gold.

If, you know, they weren’t already doing so.
