Not that it's gonna matter to any of you guys, but the league took a look at Roy Williams' tackle on Ben Watson and determined that Williams didn't do anything wrong.

another injury bill "spielburg" belichick concealed? no...i won't believe it, not when tom brady has only been on the injury list for 70 something straight weeks and other patriots (ben watson, ellis hobbs...) are having surgery for injuries they admit were nagging them in the regular season, and yet were never mentioned on the reports...no, i simply wont believe it...belichick's too classy a guy...

Credit Patriot fans for not using word of a chronic injury like like this (or Brady's injury for that matter) as an excuse for their Super Bowl loss. Championship teams find ways to overcome these things.

The Patriots end to the season would have been tougher to deal with for New England fans if they all didn't know in their hearts that the Giants deserved to win that game. In a strange way that makes the bitterness that much more tolerable.

The next time Roy Williams intercepts a ball, an offensive tackle needs to yank his shoulders backwards while falling on his mid-calf region. Along with going after some of the institutional misdeeds, Goodell needs to come down swiftly and severely on individuals who repeatedly injure other players.

How does Roy Williams have a job? The only thing he's good at is illegal.

You don't see teams signing wrestlers to play corner.
