Had these institutions, AD's, coaches, etc. held some of the NFL's knuckleheads accountable then, they may have not even been eligible to play thus eliminating them from causing havoc (off the field) in the league. He's gotten the same ammount of PT with 2 diffrerent coaches as well, so it looks like he's just not good enough to run routes.
