The only WR worth that money "WAS" Randy Moss from 1998-2003, in that time he could win a game on his own. All the good teams in recent years follow a blueprint of strong line play, especially defensive. You can't complete a pass if the QB is running for his life. If I don't have Peyton or Brady on my team, then I'm gonna try like hell to load up on run stuffers and edge rushers to make a playoff run. Not spend 10 mil on a top-10 wideout. Sure, but if you were going to get around $31 million over two years because you were one of the best WR's in the game would you think, "Hey I don't really deserve this money."
