The Cincinnati Bengals continue to beef up one of the weakest aspects of their defense.
The team has announced the acquisition of linebacker Brandon Johnson, a two-year veteran to whom the Arizona Cardinals did not extend a tender for the 2008 season. Johnson signed a one-year deal with the Bengals.
Johnson initially was selected by the Cardinals in the fifth round of the 2006 draft.
He appeared in six games in 2007, three in 2006.

Great, two ex-Arizona players who didn’t really play… Maybe next season we’ll have a top 5 pick in the draft
