At a time when the Pittsburgh Steelers are coming under increased local pressure for a recent rash of incidents involving allegations of violence against women, Steelers receiver Cedrick Wilson has committed an act of violence against a woman. Allegedly.
Wilson was arrested Wednesday after allegedly striking his ex-girlfriend, Lindsey Paulat. He was taken to night court, where he was awaiting charges of simple assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct.
In January, a dispute between Wilson and Paulat resulted in an armed standoff between Paulat and local police. Wilson and Paulat eventually resolved their differences via shared custody of their daughter and a “no-contact” order.
So much for the no-contact.
And thus the “days without an arrest” meter re-sets to zero, and the Steelers will pick up some points in Turd Watch II, once the actual charges are sorted out.

Good thing Wilson went to night court. Hopefully the Steelers will sign Bull Shannon to replace him on the roster.

If it turns out to be true they need to cut his ass. I’m going to hold off judgement and see what comes out, since she was just arrested for shooting a gun into a wall. She obviously isn’t the most stable person herself.
