Nearly three weeks into free agency, Steelers linebacker Clark Haggans is making his first visit.
And he’s not going far. Haggans will visit the Cleveland Browns.
Haggans has been with the Steelers for seven years. With linebackers Lawrence Timmons and LaMarr Woodley selected in the first two rounds of the 2007 draft, the Steelers are likely not inclined to bring Haggans back.
He has extensive experience in the 3-4 system, but he has not generated the amount of interest that some had expected.

You’re right. He’s a good guy. His play has really slipped though.

Agreed. His play has slipped, and the first thing I said to myself when they weren’t going to bring him back was..”please god dont let the Pats pick him up!”

Depending on what he’s asking, he could still be a value for the Browns.
