Though it’s generally known that the per-team spending limit for 2008 is $116 million ($116,729,000, to be exact), each team has an adjusted cap number. The variations are due in large part to so-called likely to be earned incentives (LTBEs) that were charged against the 2007 cap but then carried over when not earned, and so-called not likely to be earned incentives (NLTBEs) that were not charged against the 2007 cap but earned in 2007 and thus charged in 2008.
We’ve got the full list of each team’s adjusted salary cap for 2008, on the other side of the “read here for more” thingamajig.

Does this change teams spending floor? Will Ralph Wilson spend more money cash to the cap? Minnesota is rich!!

The spending floor is fixed for 2008 at 86.4% of the salary cap ($116,729,000). Thus the cap floor for all teams is $98,752,734.
Minnesota isn’t rich though. Rob Brzezinski (Minnesota’s VP of Football Operations) is just the best cap-manager in the NFL, bar none.

Is there any listing which also has the dead money removed from the adjusted cap number?
And why isn’t it a surprise that the Detroit Lions have the lowest adjusted number of the whole league. Shoddy management?
