Everyone harps on Rickey about his dope problem, He may fail again, but I think if he makes past this offseason, he would have a good chance of staying clean. Remember his problem wasn't dope, it was anxity, if he learns to cope he could be reat again.

Running back is not a prime necessity, Ronnie Brown is the real deal, and Lorenzo Booker did mend many Dolphan hearts by showcasing the ability to break ankles but I believe that not resigning Chatman was a mistake. Downtown Brown has yet to stay healthy for an entire season, Risky Williams is one bathroom break away from banishment, and the only load LoBook may be able to bear is the memory of a brief career if Dan Henning(OC) asks his 5'11 190lbs frame to carry the rock more than 10 times a game.

Jesse Chatman demonstrated a galaxy of gull and grit. He ran hard- so hard in fact that I believe he inspired/scared Brown into finally justifying the #2 overall selection of the 2005 draft.

Chatman would have been a solid security blanket. No soup for Parcells. Next in line!

>>>Presumably, that means they think the agents for Brown and Williams are telling the truth when they say the players will be ready to go.<<<

Do you really think the Dolphins have no first-hand knowledge of the condition of their players? Since when do teams rely on agents to do their medical checks?

Brown and Williams will give the Dolphins one of the premier running back tandems in the league. Both are Parcells prototypical backs, big, fast, and good receivers. Now all they need is an O-line to block for them, and John Becks job becomes much easier.

Old Billy Boy better get a few more RBs. I have a feeling Williams will be gone before mid-season. The Call of The Doob will over-power him.

Also, don't forget that Lorenzo Booker came on late last season when Parcells was critiquing the team. With all the holes this team has, RB is not one of them right now.
