Well, the Titans aren’t only ignoring the defensive side of the ball when it comes to spending cap room to keep their own players.

They’ve lost one on offense, too.

According to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Tennessee guard Jacob Bell has agreed to terms with the Rams.

It’s a six-year deal.  Terms are not yet known.

Bell started all sixteen regular-season games for the Titans in 2007.  He started 15 in 2006, one in 2005, and 14 as a rookie in 2004.
