The woman who accused suspended Titans cornerback Pacman Jones of a “sucker punch” in a strip club now may face charges herself.

Paul Kuharsky of the Tennessean reports that Atlanta police are still investigating the incident, and it could result in charges against the accuser, 42-year-old Atlanta lawyer Wanda S. Jackson.

“When our investigators approached her about this, she became uncooperative to the point she stated she didn’t know what we were talking about,” Atlanta police public information officer James Polite said, per Kuharsky. “Our lieutenant will look to see if there is any videotape from this particular incident and if so, go accordingly.”

Police want to know if security tapes from Body Tap Exclusive strip club can shed light on the incident. Depending on what they find, they could pursue a case against either Jackson or against Jones.

On January 7, Jackson filed an application to consider an arrest warrant in connection with an incident that she said happened on January 3 at the strip club. At that time she said Jones punched her, but on Wednesday she withdrew the application.
